To give a quick update on the search for a replacement for outgoing Head Coach Dan McCarney, here is the latest news...
Jamie Pollard does in-fact have his list down to three to four possible replacements but one is head and shoulders above the others as far as being a priority. Jamie has spoken to the primary candidate and will again today speak to the person at the top of the list. I personally believe that a decision has been made and that if this person does not accept the offer, the secondary candidate would also be a great get.
As Jamie departed for his meetings, it was evident that things will be unofficially finalized very quickly. No formal announcements will be made right away obviously due to all of the circumstances involved.

Jamie doesn't do anything at half-speed does he???
We found a MBB coach in like 3 days...I'm guessing we will know a replacement within the next week.

Based on Jeremy's list yesterday and the names mentioned by Dienhart of the Sporting News being essentially the same...I'm thinking the sources are one and the same.
He lists 4 top candidates in his article as well: - Chizik
- Price
- Harbaugh
- Brewster (Denver Broncos)
I'm guessing this is the list. Now....who tops that list???
