It would have taken too long to get the OK for and the actual funds for $35 million plus (if I remember correctly) for the Hilton connection. JP believes he can raise and approve $8 million without waiting.

Here's a google map I put together that roughly shows the boundaries of two open parcels of land Jensen owns in the area (got the info from the Ames Assessor website and free-handed it in):

The red parcel is about 1.5 acres, and the blue parcel is about 5.9 acres.
