AMES, Iowa – Former Iowa State defensive back Bryan Ollie is still before the cameras, only now his exposure is night and day. The marketing and sales representative is part of the cast of Big Brother, a reality show that airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. CDT, Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 7 p.m. on CBS.
According to the CBS website, “Big Brother will follow a group of strangers living together in a house outfitted with dozens of cameras and microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day, seven days a week. One by one, the house guests will vote each other out of the house until at the end of three months, the last remaining house guest will win the grand prize.”
The 27-year old Ollie, who lists both Bloomington, Minn. and Des Moines as his hometowns, lettered at defensive back four times at Iowa State between 2000 and 2003. Ollie rushed for more than 1,000 yards in his senior season (1998) at West Des Moines-Dowling High School. As a defensive back at Iowa State he made 23 career tackles and was a valuable special teams competitor.
