AMES, Iowa - Iowa State fans have a chance to own a piece of Cyclone history or secure a game-day experience they will never forget in the athletics department’s weekly online auctions. It all starts Monday.
Beginning Monday, the department begins its weekly online auction presence at cyclones.com with limited edition memorabilia and access to special events. The types of items up for bid include autographed balls, posters and photographs, game-worn jerseys, and exciting game-day experiences. This is the second year of Cyclone Auctions.
The items up for bid the next week include a poster, helmet, and football signed by Coach Gene Chizik, a game-worn Bret Meyer jersey and the one-of-a-kind opportunity to run out on the field with the football team before the South Dakota State game Aug. 28.
Auctions begin every Monday at noon and end at 2 p.m. Fridays. Items and experiences change weekly, so fans should check back often. The auctions will be held until March. For more information, please click
