Charles Boozer, younger brother of Carlos (former Duke standout), is set to step foot on campus this afternoon. Charles is a 2007 recruit that has high ambitions and his sights set on ISU.

I have been told that Charles has high aspirations for making his name be known and for making sure he doesn't stay in the shadows of his older brother for ever. ISU seems to be the perfect fit for what Charles hopes to get out of his college career.

Will he make a commitment this week on his official visit? I'm expecting it, but I'm also not surprise when things don't always go as planned:)

I can only go on what I've heard but he seems to have some solid skills. I think his mentality and atitude will fit in perfect with what the staff is trying to do. I haven't seen him play and I wouldn't compare him to his brother but I think he would fit in very well with what we want.

I let you guys know on November 8th that we were recruiting this kid. His profile is from 2006. Originally form Alaska but moved to NC when his brother went to school there. He has some potential. I would not say he is under the radar and I would also not say that he is a big time recruit and no recruiting Coup. I would say I trust Gmac enough to recruit him.

Today is the last day for National Letters of Intent to be signed until the spring signing period. Am I correct in assuming the reason for a mid-week visit is to attempt to get him to verbal and sign before tomorrow?
