According to numerous sources, Charles Boozer has indeed signed with ISU.
Charles, the younger brother of former Duke standout Carlos, is the final scholarship player to join the class of 2007. Look for more information in the coming days.

Looks like GMac's building a guard-oriented team...

In other recruiting news, OJ Mayo has signed to play for Tim Floyd at USC. Now thats knocking out two birds with one stone......one point for Timmie, and no points for Huggy Bear.

Can someone explain to me how we have 4 scholarships open for next year? It never seems to match-up that the number of incoming players matches the number of players leaving as seniors.

I wonder if we will ever be seeing Carlos in the stands of Hiton in the future...

Also, I think the kid shot 90% and 93% on FT's the last two years. We need a Mr. Reliable like that at the line when we're closing out games.
That being said... another big for 2008 would be the final peice to our puzzle. You hear me Negedu?

Given all the people we are bringing in and will have next year I wouldn't be surprised to see this kid redshirt next year!

Because we only have I think 10 scholarship players returning this year, lose Jessan Gray, and teams can have a maximum of 13 scholarships.
And Ty, why would you say that? Have you seen him play? I'm willing to trust McD way more than I am willing to take your word for it.

Stinson and Blalock's scholarships open up. Even though they jumped to the league, we still lose that scholarship until they would have been done with school. That is just the way I have been told the rule works. I could be wrong though.
