I have absolutely no sources or inside information, but that can't stop me from speculating. I think Pelini and JP came to an agreement last week, but Pelini didn't want an announcement right before the Arkansas game, as it might be a distraction. Now that LSU's regular season ended Saturday, Pelini met in Dallas with JP and maybe the president of ISU for the final details. Tomorrow ISU will introduce Bo Pelini as the next ISU coach.

If it is Pelini, I think almost everyone would be extremely excited about that hire. I believe Pelini would be the guy that would create the most excitement for the fan base of any of the candidates. However, I trust JP on whatever decision he has come to.

Mike Price has interviewed with Iowa State for it's Head Coaching Position. Many have said he won't leave UTEP however it is confirmed that he did interview with Jamie Pollard the ISU AD.

Bo Pelini would be FANTASTIC, but I ruled this guy out from day one. Unless JP lures a big time coach to Ames, I'm fully expecting Brian Kelly.
