AMES, Iowa--The Iowa State soccer team has its first Big 12 road matches this season as the Cyclones travel to The Lone Star State to battle Baylor Friday and Texas Sunday. The matches mark the Big 12 road debut of first-year coach Wendy Dillinger.

• Iowa State is in its 13th season of soccer. The Cyclones have a 102-122-19 all-time record.
• The Cyclones have their first Big 12 road matches this season as they travel to The Lone Star State to battle Baylor Friday and Texas Sunday. The matches mark the Big 12 road debut of first-year coach Wendy Dillinger.
• Baylor holds an 8-4-1 all-time edge over the Cyclones. Last season,
ISU downed the Bears, 3-1, in Ames. It was a coming-out party for sophomore Jordan Bishop, who tallied the game-winning goal and an assist in the Oct. 21 match. Junior Lauren Odino also scored, while seniors Leslie Hill and Elisa Berzins added assists. Iowa State has never won at Baylor (0-5-1).
• The Longhorns boast a 13-1-1 all-time record over
ISU. Last season the two teams drew in Ames with junior forward Elise Reid scoring for the Cyclones. Iowa State’s lone win (3-0) in Austin came Oct. 1, 1999.
