Can anyone tell me why this game is always played on Friday nights? Seems like a horrible night what with all the high school games. I know a ton of people who NEVER get to watch this game because they coach/watch high school basketball. It's a shame.

I think someone said it's a U of Iowa policy that they don't have games the week of or the weekend prior to finals week.
