More Cyclones Recognized In Street & Smith's Magazine
Cyclones contine to draw preseason praise

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Five Iowa State players were announced as part of Street & Smith's All-American teams to be listed in Street & Smith's College Football 2006 Yearbook. The players include honorable mention All-America quarterback Bret Meyer and honorable mention All-America wide receiver Todd Blythe. Tight end Ben Barkema, kick returner DeAndre Jackson and defensive lineman Brent "Big Play" Curvey also are recognized as one of the best nationally at their respective positions.
The Cyclones are picked for second in the Big 12 North in the yearbook and also have three preseason all-Big 12 players including Meyer, Blythe and offensive lineman Aaron Brant.
