ISU Basketball Jerseys Revealed

I would like to take the opportunity to share with you the new design for the ISU Men's and Women's Basketball jerseys. Attached you will find a rendering of the new jersey design that has been provided by a very loyal member of CycloneFanatic. I had promised to have this up a week ago but was unable to work with the contributer to get it earlier due to our schedules.

I dont know if I like them at first. But Im sure once I see a real picture and see them on the court they will suffice. Any different color schemes. I think to stiffen the rivalry even more we should have a 1-game black jerseys with Red letters. Use them to play against Iowa.

Good idea, since there is alot of black in our school colors!

I think no to black as well.......usually done in a marketing scheme just to sell more jerseys...plus not in school colors (I even disliked the blue "blotch")

Any pics of what the Cardinal jerseys will look like...I assume it will be basically the same. Are we still going to have Gold jerseys?

Man, nice scoop, looking forward to the GMac era more and more. I am curious to see what the away jerseys look like as well. Will the colors pretty much be inverse?

I don't think I like them a whole lot, but maybe they'll grow on me. I think it's the blue that bothers me.

The great thing about the jerseys are that the basketball players can work at McDonalds and not have to change uniforms.

Seriously, I don't like them. Red and Yellow are not cool colors together. No matter what you do, its red and yellow.

priceless...I prefer the Walmart blue vest and polyester pant combo for the uniform myself

of course everyone against my opinion, I mean who likes black. Yellow is such a manly and intimadating color. I guess red&black isnt cool. But yeah I remember on espns page 2 then ranked us pretty high on the ugliest jerseys and said if Mcdonalds had a college sports team it'd be us. WE all have our preferences.

nothing wrong with having your own opinion and nobody is blasting you for it...black is just not for everyone....me? personally I am proud of the cardinal and gold. Have a good fourth!

I don't think people were ripping the black thing, except for the fact that it isn't our color. There is a lot of people (myself included) that don't like the blue in the uni's either. I love navy. It's just that ISU's colors are Cardinal and Gold.

Little sensitive today aren't we?

Sensitive just today? Seems to be a bit more frequent than that.

The new uni's don't wow me...but I don't really care what they look like - as long as the five guys on the court are playing some good basketball.
