Iowa State has three players on its current roster from the state of Minnesota, led by senior Megan Ronhovde, who is from Barrett (163 miles from Minneapolis) ... the Cyclones played in Los Angeles, Calif., over Thanksgiving in the Pepperdine Tournament to take senior Lyndsey Medders home and now it is Ronhovde’s turn ... sophomore Amanda Nisleit is from Woodbury (18 miles from Minneapolis) and Gillian Bjerke is from Pelican Rapids (199 miles from Minneapolis) ...
