Does ISU still have pretty good shot to win? what are the odds of ISU being national champs? i think it'd be great if ISU was national champs. This is going to be the beginning of a great dynasty at ISU!!!

Really tough to say at this point....
We have one head to head semi match with Minnesota at 184 with Jake Varner (#6/Iowa State) vs. Roger Kish (#2/Minnesota). A Varner upset not only gets us points, but denies Minnesota a wrestler in finals with chance to win.
There are many different scenarios, but I think we would be in the lead and have a strong chance to win if:
184 Varner beats Kisch of Minnesotsa
Both Paulsons win
Hazewinkel of Oklahoma beats Ness of Minnesota
Still would depend on finals and consolation brackets, but we would be well positioned.

Come on Clones! STICK 'EM!
| JOIN THE NATIONAL CYCLONE CLUB! “If we truly want to do this, this is the time to step up. Iowa State University has 175,000 living alumni. If one-of-every-10 living alumni joined the National Cyclone Club at the minimum level of $100, we could finance $30 million worth of construction." Jamie Pollard |
