Quick update on MBB Recruiting for 2008
CycloneFanatic.com
Jeremy

I have confirmed a few names as far as being very high on the list of possible 2008 candidates. Both Jeremiah Kelly and Emmanuel Negedu are said to be gaining a lot of interest and have expressed interest in return. Both players could be looking to make early commitments to a school of their choice if things keep going as planned.

Here are a few more of the early recruiting possibilities for 2008:

Jeremy Robinson, 6-8 215lbs PF/C
Travon Woodall, 6-0 165lbs PG
Lewis Jackson, 5-10 165lbs PG
Darius Gabriel, 6-1 175lbs PG
L.A. Pomlee, 6-8 215lbs PF

The above list is not a complete list and only reflects names of those that I have heard mentioned very recently. Depending on what happens with current '07 targets, offers could be made very soon to some of the biggest '08 targets. I am trying to track down one potential offer that could already have been made.

A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.

Is ISU both of these guys top choice as of now? Any idea on how many stars they will have and if they will be rivals150?

Negedu is a 4 star and possibly will go up. Iowa fans thought that he was going to commit to them around a week ago.

My biggest problem is that I haven't seen anyone over 6-8 in these two classes. I'd love to see a 7 foot shot blocker on the roster somewhere.
