The 2 main mafia suspects, thunderdave and jdogg, stand on the firing lines today? Did the residents make the right move?
jdoggivjc is eliminated on Day 5. The detective positively ID'ed the last mafia member and the residents caught a hot streak the past few days. joggivjc was mafia all along eliminated by the residents to claim victory! THE INNOCENTS WIN!!
thunderdave was the detective and CTAClone was the doctor.

Sweet!!! We won. Is this how the game is usually played? Or do the mafia members usually win?

thunderdave was the detective and CTAClone was the doctor. Damn, we are GOOD! CTA, did you ever successfully protect anyone?
We played this one just right...for a minute there, I thought everyone was gonna turn on me. Thunderdave, you had a close call today!
Nice work everyone...the mafia ain't so tough.

Nice work everyone...the mafia ain't so tough. I don't know if I ever did. I was never informed of a correct save. I only voted to save you last night because I thought you'd be the target, other wise I was just protecting my own ***.

guitarchitect7, I await your apology.
Seriously, though, it's amazing how accurate our gut feelings were.

And no, its not usually this easy for the innocents. You nailed 2 mafia right away which won the game for you.
If anyone is interested, we could see how a second game goes in a few days...maybe reopen the signup to others to get more people.

I kind of enjoyed watching from afar. The innocents sure got lucky with those first two picks imo. I'd like to throw my hat in the ring for the next game.
Question: How is the detective's role supposed to work? Are people allowed to come right out and claim they are detective and/or doctor? The only way I see for the detective to report his findings is to basically do so. I can easily foresee a scenario in which numerous people claim to be the detective or doctor.
Additional Question: Does the doctor find out if he successfully saved someone? There was a period where the mafia didn't eliminate anyone in this game, which either means that the mafia screwed up, or the doctor successfully saved someone.

I do owe an apology!
I'm curious on what strategies could be played with this! thunderdave was clever in his messages, and am curious on how he came up with such a theory.

I'd love to play again, but
a) I'm traveling the next two weekends, and
b) There's no way we would do better than we did this time

That wasn't the case, but could have been.
