I'm not voting for CrunchD3, just because his 1st post (18 overall) was I'm keeping my head down......?

If I were to vote for anybody it would be for someone like Cyclone62, someone that is pointing fingers right away and I believe in the past the more aggressive players were the ones trying to fool us all......

That being said right now I would....

vote to not eliminate anyone

at least on day one, we can not afford to be down 2 on day 2.....?

coachdags, I trust your judgment, but wouldn't that put the mafia in the driver's seat tonight, just being able to pick someone off?

I am willing to rescind my vote if others agree with coachdags, but I'm a big proponent of my big gut.

Except that last game, the more aggressive players got killed by the mafia and then the town sat around for 3 days with their thumb in their butts.

Interesting post from one of the more logical thinkers in this game. You wanted reasoning to vote for someone, so I gave you some. I didn't even vote for the guy, was just pointed out a possible post with maybe some hidden meaning behind it. Kind of bold of you to acquse me of finger pointing when you requested it in the first place. Maybe because your defending him as your both either masons, or mafia. I guess we'll find out in time.

Although your name was thrown out early and your time seems to be running short, your vote does seem odd. Even less evidence in your vote compared to the ones against you. Although BigM has always been a favorite target of many in this game, I would have to tend to agree with the majority on this one. I'll give you the newbie slack and say it was a slight mental error, but even then someone has got to go home.

I vote to eliminate CrunchD3.

I think he just was voting for someone else that already had a vote against them to even things out a bit. I could be wrong though. He is new to playing this game here. Doesn't mean he hasn't played the game before.

Like coachdags said though too it's hard to be down 2 right away. I am leaning towards either eliminating no one or eliminating Crunch. We don't have much more time but I will make a decision later.

You know, you could clear up suspicions by addressing them.
1) Why the vote for BigM?
2) Can you give any reason that we should trust you?
3) Pare-ah-noy-ya

Here are my thoughts.

I voted for BigM because he lasted the whole game last time, so if he got voted off I wouldn't feel so bad. I voted for him because I wanted to see who would jump on my bandwagon. Unfortunately, it seems the mafia is to smart in this game to jump right on the first person mentioned. However, that doesn't mean he's not mafia. Because he didn't get any votes, I'm very suspicious of him now. I believe there is at least one mafia member that is voting and talking a lot today and not once did BigM get a vote for him, besides mine and Chunk's(sorry, I like that name so I'm gonna call you that). But Chunk is getting singled out for a very weak line. If we are gonna eliminate someone, Chunk is as good as any, but I don't see any more evidence for him than there is for BigM.

1. at the time BigM had one vote and i had 3 against me if I vote for him increases my chance from 3:1 to 3:2, now only one vote away from at least a 50/50 random chance i stay. somehow when i said that in my post it got lost....

2.I'm brand new to this site (got word this is the best college message board out there), less than 20 posts at the time of first post, just signed up last nite and to be honest before i know all the rules i'm exiled...

3. Nicely done gold star for the day and feel special I won't hand anymore out tomorrow...

You know, I've been thinking about that. Yes, it's a weak line, but we did get some talking out of it, so it isn't completely a loss. Another weak line that was talked about, yet no one voted for was cyano's. Using your logic, cyano could be in there as well. Hmm...

I'm going to ponder this for a bit, and I might leave this elimination up to "god" to flip a coin.

I'd be more worried, but this is still Day 1. If it'd been Day 2, I might be calling for a vote on you...

However it's not Day 2, so insted I'll vote to eliminate BigM. Give the new guy a chance... no argument I've heard for cruch is more compelling than any I've heard for M. And if the votes tie... well The talking statue on the hill will decide for us
