Anyone had to send their unit in to get fixed for this known issue? What is the success rate of this issue being resolved for good aftere being sent it for repair?

I guess I'm still curious to know how the success rate is after the fixes. Does the problem still occur, or has it been resolved for good?

I do like how they offred 3 months free of online gold membership due to the problem, yet I don't do online!!! I'm just grateful for the extended 3 year warranty, so I won't complain too much.

I sent mine in probably 4 months or so ago, took about 10 calendar days from the day I shipped mine to the day I got one back. I got a replacement box, I'm guessing that's what they do most of the time.

I will say, it made me nervous since I bought mine over ebay, but they still honored the extended warranty and allowed me the ability to send it free of charge. I just had to double check that none of the seals were tampered w/.
Now I'm just hoping it alleviates the problem all together so I don't have to worry about this machince giving me issues anymore. But its great since I got the unit for about $100 cheaper than retail!!!

I had mine fixed about 6 or 8 months ago. They sent me a replacement unit... No problems since.
