ya i read that and from the looks of it there were only like 3? people interested .... you guys are already up to what 8? which is alot more fun than just a couple of people ....

Both are making their first foray into next gen NCAA. One is ok and can hold his own pretty well. The other was freaking great on the PS2. I have no idea how that will translate to the PS3 initially.

Gamestop is offering some decent incentives on trade ins to reserve NCAA 09. You get an extra 20% on all trades that go towards the preorder, and you get an extra $15 if you trade in 2 games.

Trade a couple games and you'll have a good portion of NCAA paid for. I'll be taking madden and ncaa 08 in this weekend, maybe scrounge up a couple more to get another $15.

Would this work if I was trading in Ps2 games, but buying a ps3 game?

I believe the games you trade in have to be 360, Wii or PS3. Go to gamestops website, click the Trade-in Values link, it talks about the deals.

Awesome news. I was already going to trade in NCAA and Madden 08 but now I may need to get a few extras.

Maybe Tiger Woods 07 so I can buy 09 but I dunno...lot of time spent with that game.

I vote for custom Conference, start a week or 2 after so we get a hang of the game, and also, play twice a week. Is there a rule that no one can be the Black and Gold?

Thanks for this. I did this a few years ago and ended up paying for the whole game with my trade in deals on PS2 games. Since most of my xbox games don't work w\ my 360, I think I will be taking a few more in.

Man, is it really next Tuesday. I'm afraid I won't have my 360 back from the shop yet though. Bummer....
