There is definitely more of a "something for everyone" feel vs. the first Rock Band. Good or bad I'm not sure, but the inclusion of "Everlong" is enough to sell me on the game. Can't wait to try "Chop Suey" too. That song will be insane to play!

If I have to choose between Rock Band or Guitar Hero, which should I get? I love the set list. (The Replacements!) And I have three boys so I thought it might be fun if we could play together. Any opinions?

Are you thinking of waiting until GH4? Apparently they're going to have a drum with a crash sensor pad, as well as the microphone and guitar. I am not a huge video game person, but my husband is - he was just saying earlier that Rock Band 2 will be able to play all of your RB1 songs, so I guess it's kind of which one's songs you want to play more... Sounds like they'll essentially be the same game.

Depends on your desire really. I never got into the whole Guitar Hero thing because it was limited to two players or so it seemed. However Rockband had more to it than just the guitar, and I have a blast on the drums, and even though I'm an awful singer, enjoy trying to find the right notes.

Depends on preference I guess.
