It only needs to matter to the 16 playing.

Also, I do agree that people's pre-conceived judgements could come into play, but alliances can counter it. Plus you can lie lie lie:)

I think the friends and allegiances thing would be fun. I know I would love to stab the other mods in the back while acting like their friend. That would really make my day.

cloneu, I just noticed you're in Rochester. I may have asked you this before - are you a fan of John Hardy's BBQ? I was up there on a business trip once, and ate there almost every day.
