I agree BMI is not the greatest way to measure fitness for those who workout and have big muscles, or for someone who has real large bones...
I would think someone who uses a video game to workout would probably not have the big muscles, and it doesn't sound like she has large bones....
SO.... she's probably fat... I'm fat too, but do you know what I do? I run and bike outside and change up my diet a bit. I don't bust out a video game made for fitness!
