So basically if Royce had an ill grandmother here, he could play right away?

This is not the first time the NCAA has done the sick parent thing. Seems to be becoming more common. I hope they are telling the truth about her health.

Our coach has a heart condition, and needs RW to play this year...its not a grandma but still...

Same thing with Tyrone McKenzie getting immeadiate eligibility when he transferred to USF.

But he was not dismissed or suspended from ISU.

Tyler Smith when he transferred from Iowa.

I guess Im just really hoping that all of these lead to signs that MAYBE Royce can play here. Im grasping for anything.
