Didn't Jiri's host parents buy season tickets to ISU like 15 years prior or something like that, which technically made them boosters. Think thats the difference. Not exactly sure if I'm remembering the details right, but your right, it's total b.s.. The NCAA really needs to stick by one rule book not 20.
