    If Dan has an average or bad OC, or a good OC he micro manages it will be a big letdown for their fans since they have the new stadium going up.

    That said, the Sun Belt has not had a solid team emerge in its existence. Troy has looked ok at times, even the MAC has recently had some solid teams jump up (NIU several times, CMU under Kelly). With a new stadium and Texas recruiting, they're possibly the most likely recipe for success in a conference that is often ranked below FCS conferences by computers.

    The UNT are called the Mean Green. They have a hawk/eagle/bird of some kind as their mascot. Draw whatever conclusions about his allegience...
    UNT had about 22000 (6th largest crowd in history) for their game against K State. Only lost by 8. Curious about fan support
