What is your favorite non-ISU college basketball team? For some reason I always find myself cheering for both Georgetown and Villanova. I was seven years old when the 1985 National Championship game was played and maybe that has something to do with it, I'm not sure.
First NCAA Championship I ever watched was Michael Jordan's UNC, so I always enjoy them. The Tobacco Road thing has lured me into a lot of enjoyable games.
There aren't a whole lot that I just cheer against.
Pitt, I think both Howland and Dixon are great coaches. They always seem to reload and they always have tough teams, you never see them getting pushed around.
"There are five real good recruits in the state. We got three of them. One couldn’t get into school, and the other went to (the University of) Iowa...which is about the same thing." - Coach Johnny Orr
Duke. Ever since they knocked off UNLV. Coach K is one of my favorite coaches of all time. Very small potential of ever having a conflict of interest with ISU (maybe would have changed my mind if HB chose Duke). Besides, if you are going to bandwagon...do it right.
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

I've always like Villanova as well. I loved watching Kerry Kittles play, and they have had unbelievable guards in recent years. There coach is one of the more underrated coaches every year in my opinion.
