Agreed. We all know Cheezick will lie! And ol' Cecil would prolly have charged Auburn $50k to not attend. AU already has to pay a couple of hundred k...

lol. I assume he was joking about the six flags thing.

I wouldn't know. I flipped the channel the second that game ended so I didn't have to watch the Chiz and Cam drink Cammy Cam Juice together and sing about the great "War Eagle" while the Chiz then said how blessed he was about 500 times. I am pretty sure I would have projectile vomited.

If I am a student athlete, dont kid yourself, I am broke, cannot get a job, and making the University and NCAA MILLIONS......I am taking my piece of the pie!!! Stop blaming the kids for the corrupt f'd up system!!!

Re: Cam Newton and his dear old Daddy...
Newton is going to save a ton by not having an agent to give a % to. His dad can do all the negotiating for him

If he does decide to go in that direction will he quit pretending that he doesn't know what his dad is doing on his behalf or will the charade continue?

I also found it interesting that Cam's parents were able to afford the trip to the game, tickets, lodging, food, etc.... They were crying the whole time the NCAA was investigating about how they had and let me get this right...."We got no money... we have nothing." Well... how in the hell did you manage to travel and attend the National Championship game then? Another head scratcher. :skeptical:
Probably $200k, just Monopoly Money.

I don't think Auburn or the NCAA has the power to prevent anyone from entering a stadium on their own accord (unless they have a bomb or are disruptive while there) - and I don't blame Cecil if that is the route he took to be there.
Also, the Newton's could very well be poor (although again I don't believe it for a second) and received a loan from anyone in order to be at the game seeing as their son is about to be a millionaire once he declares for the draft.
Heard the rumor that the belgian beer company and Six Flags got the father to the game.

Does he take said Monopoly Money and turn it in to Bobby Lowder for a Cashiers check for the real 200k?
Re: Cam Newton and his dear old Daddy...
So if I am to understand this correctly...Auburn and ESPN and NCAA had no knowlege of Ceicel being there at the game. It was all mutually agreed upon (except for Ceicle) that he was NOT to be at the game, as further punishment of course.
Ceicle bought his own ticket and sat so far away that the cameras couldn't find him. Yet at the end of the game, he just walk from his seat and walked onto the field and right up to his son.
Wow! That's incredible that there wasn't better security or something. Sounds like any China Man might have been able to walk right up to Cam and give him a hug or something.
(where do you find those damn sarcastic prirates?)

Not like Cam or Cecil care... Cam is going to be a top draft pick in the NFL now.
