I must have missed it. Who said that we were having a good year?
Seems like we all agree that McD didn't work out here and that he put us back roughly half a decade if not more. I think we've earned the right to watch and see what happens. We've done our time and are blessed that he can no longer **** up our program.

And who's fault is it that we have such a short roster that's left us depleted at the end of games? McDoormat that's who. Hell, im not even sure i want to see what this season would look like with McD here. Itd be atrocious. We paid him millions for the destruction of our program, and we'd still be paying him had Creighton not been dumb enough to send an offer his way. This isnt intramurals, he got paid millions, so any criticism he gets is absolutely fair.

We will have the most hype for a basketball season since the 2001 season next year. Everyone knew we would have a rough year this year.

You are nearly 10% through with your contract with McD. Enjoy the next nine - results will be similar.

EXACTLY. Matty P conveniently ignores that McDoormat ran the program into the ground and left it for dead. McD bears direct responsibility for the mess that CFH walked into. That shouldn't give Fred a pass, but it does explain why we have zero depth and a talent deficit.

Help on the way...until the Creighton transfers start. Really Matt, you can't see any similarities between Gmac teams at Creighton and ISU tanking down the stretch?

No critiquing previous coaches anymore. McCarney, Chizik, GMac, Floyd, Eustachy posts are all banned from this point forward.

Okay, so is this a pseudo member of the central Iowa media on an ISU message board getting his panties in a bunch over comments about Creighton basketball? Seriously, I haven't bothered to read enough of the Matt sucks threads to find out any more than that he is a no talent *** clown. Is he also a Creighton homer?

Matty is to Creighton as Deace was to ISU. No ties, but just after a buck. Nothing more.

I really do wish we could make the CU game a yearly thing. I think it'd be a fun rival game.

Creighton's recruiting class is a joke... just like you and McD.
You tell everyone here to mind their own business, yet you come here to make comments about Hoiberg.
Your post reeks of insecurity and immaturity. You sound like a 12 year old girl trapped in a grown man's body.

LOL that's pretty good. At least I actually have seen the kids Creighton has signed in order to comment on them. They are all very good players for CU to land. Beat out several BCS schools for them. You'll see.

McDermott was not a joke. Sad that you think that. I'm glad I know enough about Iowa State basketball to not make myself out to be a fool by writing something like that.

My comments about Hoiberg are fair.

I just think it's too bad that a local talk guy gets so much enjoyment for seeing a local team suffer. I'm not even mad about it; just do not understand what is so fun about doing that. I typically root for teams in the area I live. But I guess I'm weird like that...

Not only did he conveniently forget the ISU years, today he was trying to say that all of Jacobson's success was due to having McDermott's recruiting class. Apparently, he was winning with Mac's kids and that's why he's had success. He doesn't think that Jacobson can recruit and McDermott was the reason that team was formed.

Well Matt, that argument goes both ways. McDermott hasn't had any success without Jacobson on the bench beside him. We'll see if he can recruit well enough talent outside of his own family to have success at Creighton. Hopefully he can recruit a natural pg because he's shown that he has no idea how to develop one.
