    Player of the Year?

Who do you guys have for player of the year in Men's Basketball?

I personally think Kemba Walker is the player of the year after watching what he can do through this Big East tourney with this kind of competition.

Kemba is better than HB and Jimmer.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

    Re: Player of the Year?

It's either Kemba or Jimmer. My vote is Kemba because of the competition being better most every night, even though without Jimmer, BYU is more BY-Who?

Also, if Kemba wins tonight, he will have led his team to the Big East championship while Jimmer got shut down/frustrated against SDSU tonight and lost the MWC Championship, as well as a chance at a 2 seed, while tonight's win could vault UConn to a 2 or 3 seed.

    Re: Player of the Year?

Either Kemba or Jimmer. If he had played all season, then I would consider Kendall Marshall too. UNC really took off once he too over the point. Barnes would be in the discussion had Marshall played all year, too.

Kemba just won the award tonight. UConn wins the Big East championship with 5 games in 5 days, and he's the star of the team. Send that trophy to Connecticut.

im sorry but before this big east tourney it was jimmer but now kimba is all-star? if anyone its jimmer, kimba has been great in the big east but jimmer has been consistent at least. im a uconn supporter but jimmer has been MVP of his team day in and day out. thats why BYU will lose very early in the tourney, shut down jimmer and you win, shut down kimba you have other weapons.

    Re: Player of the Year?

Definitely Kemba now. 5 games in 5 days. Averages 26 ppg in that stretch while shooting 47% from the floor?! Including a buzzer-beater jumper to win against Pitt, and finding the big bucket tonight with a terrific dish?!

    This guy is insane. Period.

And for the record, I hate the name "Jimmer".

Kemba was an all-star before the Big East tourney. He just had a MUCH MUCH harder strength of schedule. And having this kind of performance in the Big East tourney...that's not something to be taken lightly...
