Who are you rooting for? VCU or Butler?

Butler. I feel that they're the better team, and will give UConn a better game in the final. I'll be rooting for whomever wins this game in the final.

They've taken the opportunity and ran with it (and good for them), but tournament performance doesnt justify placement into the tourney. What if Colorado had been in instead of them? Who's to say Colorado doesnt go on its own run?

I completely agree - they were right and VCU didn't belong. But I love their attitude - playing with a chip on their shoulder, not caring that "they shouldn't have made it", and beating teams that they have no right beating.

Here's a question with this game: Does either coach cash in and take a major job? Stevens resisted last year...will he do it again or strike while the iron is hot?

He has a top tier team now, hopefully he stays. They were 14-9 at one point, if they don't win their conf tourney, they prob don't get in. Going for VCU, I like the way they play. I don't like the way Smart was playing defense on the sideline tough today.

Stevens already got a 12-year extension after last year. I would guess that he's going to get a raise again this year from Butler.

Probably Butler, just because they were so close last year. But I will be happy either way, for sure.

I kinda wish VCU and Butler weren't playing each other in the semifinal. I'd love to see that matchup in the final game. Either way it will be good. You'll have the little guy vs the big conference guy in the title game.
