Who do your co-workers root for?
In my department we have 6 ISU fans, 3 Iowa fans, and 2 Nebraska fans. I'm not sure about the company as a whole but I see a lot more ISU stuff on vehicles in the parking lot.

Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
I'm as lucky as a Cyclone fan in Cedar Rapids can be, because I'm on the engineering floor of our building. No Hawkeyes allowed.

Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
On my team it is Michigan St, Wisconsin, and several Minnesota people. Though most of the Minnesota fans don't seem to care too much.

Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
All of the employees at my company are ISU grads of them. half of them don't care about sports but the other half are big ISU fans
-
Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
4 ISU fans, 1 Nebraska fan, and 1 (loud and annoying) Hawkeye fan. Nobody else cares.

The Indian cricket and rugby teams.

of the ones that went to college, 2 hawk fans, 2 ISU fans. Of the ones that did CC, 2 hawks.

Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
Mostly Hawks and Cyclones in my office (although there are a few Illini, Panthers, and WIU Bulldogs as well). Going to be interesting when I move up to Detroit later this year - I already know there's a Sqwak in that office (not originally from my office).

I've got another vocal Cyclone working for me. Beyond that, I can only think of one other guy out of about 200 that wears his college loyalties on his sleeve. He supports tOSU.

Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
The Hawks are the most popular team where I work, with ISU a clear second. There's one Husker fan (Nebraska native) and one Wolverine (Michigan native).
It's probably 65% Hawk, 30% Clone, 5% "other". Exactly. In a town with NFL, NBA (barely), MLB and NHL teams, college sports don't only take a back seat, they seem to be in the trunk. Gopher hockey might be the most popular of the lot.
That seems to be a Minneapolis and Chicago phenomena. Without leaving the Midwest Detroit, Milwaukee/Green Bay, and the KC area all support multiple pro teams as well as BCS college teams. The "pro" town is a poor excuse. It just says that the fanbases in those towns are generally fickle, which is true for both Minneapolis and Chicago, a couple of exceptions withstanding (Wild/Twins for Minneapolis, and Cubs/Bears for Chicago).

Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
It's amazing how none of the Hawk or Husker fans around here even went to college.

Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
I work with a former Hawkeye football player, and he is without a doubt, the least annoying Hawk fan I work with. Doesn't care too much for Pollard though.

Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
My group is pretty split up:
Myself and another ISU grad, a KSU fan, a Mizzou fan, and a Husker fan.

Re: Who do your co-workers root for?
Directly across from me is one of the biggest d-bag husker fans I've ever met (and I've met a lot of them while I lived in NE) .... diagonal from me is a KU grad, and the rest are from non-BCS schools (CO School of Mines, Neb.-Omaha)... the common denominator here is that we all can't stand the husker guy. Very few CU people here despite being 20 minutes south of Boulder.
I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.
