By the way, how many ranked teams will Iowa play this year? None from the leaders division, and 2 from the legends division...for a grand total of..........

That's how I see Iowa's year playing out as well.

The Hawks will beat Nebraska....and finish with a better record than them.

The big 10 conference is aweful this year. Indiana, purdue, minnesota, penn state, ohio state and northwestern blow. And you have michigan state up 10-0 against ohio state

But they have a lot of $$$$!!!! Being a bunch of losers with your tv channel and lots of money to give to all the other non revenue sports is awesome! Especially for the fans!

The conference is so bad that they actually force fans of college football to use sentences like the above in a serious conversation. I still giggle everytime I see leaders and legends.

The Big 12 was just as putrid last year. It all cycles, unless you're the SEC, which the Big 12 clearly isn't.

The Big 10 will be much stronger than the Big 12 top to bottom going forward, that's for sure. Unless the Big 12 can add school's similar to Nebraska and Texas A&M, which I don't see happening.

First and last post ever: Queue these exact same fans calling for Iowa State to the B1G if the Big XII looks at collapse again... ISU should be looking to bigger and better things right? Maybe the SEC would meet expectations...

Preseason, there was a feeling that the B1G wasn't going to be too good top to bottom this year. Non-conference play hinted that this would likely be a reality. The first week of conference play has more or less cemented it.

Penn State is the most overrated team in all of sports recently, even more than Notre Dame. I have no idea how they start every single season ranked.

There's quite a gap between PSU and ND and the third most overrated team in American sports. Can't think of anyone else even close.
