If you look closely the lines make up usf. Carolina had the same thing on their wounded warrior uniforms but were not able to wear them because the refs had too hard of a time distinguishing numbers.

It actually says USA in the lines for the Wounded Warrior Project:

The pattern is the exact same as the shoulder yoke, and you'll notice there are USA's within the print. Like the green trim on the shoes.
