I want to upset OU next week and end their NC run!! They can't win!

I don't think we want to play them when they are all pissy.

Re: Damnit Baylor
Keep cool...OU just tied it up and I'm confident they will take it to them in the second.
That being said, who knows how any type of scare will affect OU. They are already pissy that we took their NC leap game away from them.

If Oregon goes down, that would be outstanding! Then, next week its a win-win for ISU. If OU beats ISU and OSU, then we are more likely to get 2 BCS teams from the Big 12.

Re: Damnit Baylor
C'mon OU. Don't let the Green Bears beat you. -

Ultimately, it comes down to ISU playing well enough to win, and nothing else.
Still, it would be a more high-impact upset if OU went into it with a mathematical chance at BCS title game.
And I would just have to laugh if ISU, in effect, ruined OU's hopes three times in one season. One directly; the other two indirectly, crushing Tech and helping bring down the computer numbers, then beating the team that gave OU the best chance to jump back into the race.

Re: Damnit Baylor
Since when has a previous game affected how a team came out to play us? If they lose, they lose steam and have to reassess goals as a non-title contender. If they win, they may overlook us for the next week. Either way, the game has to be played and fought through.

Re: Damnit Baylor
Oklahoma usually opens up a can on whoever they play after a loss. See the K-State game the week after losing to Texas Tech.

Re: Damnit Baylor
OU ties it up. makes me feel like even if we keep it close for the first half, OU still may drop 35 unanswered on us in the 2nd half. see: kansas state

Re: Damnit Baylor
I'd just assume play OU when they don't have much to play for.

Re: Damnit Baylor
Broyles and Whaley being out are huge for them, especially if the D can step up again. LJ on Stills neutralizes him, but the rest of the D has to step up again and force TO's
