Thats 4-4 with the possibility at 6-2 in the SEC. Pretty even to even better than how they competed in the Big 12.

As for next year with this schedule I see maybe two conference wins; FL and Ole Miss.

Long term aTm could do very well in the SEC but nothing they ever did in Big XII would indicate this. They're UT's little sister, always will be.

On the road at Miss St is not a guaranteed win. They lost to LSU at home 6-19 and South Carolina 12-14. They didn't have a good record this year, but I'd put this in the toss-up category for aTm.

The stupid thing is, when the Aggies go .500 in the SEC, the media will use it to reinforce how tough the SEC will be for them... without noting that they have only been around a .500 team in the Big 12 the past several years.

I want A&M to get killed too, but I think too many of you are overrating the SEC.

Florida is not a good team, and they lose their only playmakers on offense.

Its not about overrating SEC, its about playing the game of football with good defense and SEC has it. A&M is just not the right fit.

The Aggies have been a very underperforming team for the last 10 years. Underperforming teams don't do well in the SEC.

Underperforming teams, i.e. A&M in the Big 12, don't do well in the Big 12.

A&M last won in 1996, or something close to that year.

Their recruiting classes are highly ranked, their teams are highly ranked, think the start of 2011, and their teams disappoint by season's end.

I don't buy into the Aggie hype. Ubben and the media love a good story so they pump them up, and then they blow leads in just about every game they play. No reason to believe that going to the SEC is going to help. The new Coach has some talented players, but a lot of work to do.

On the field they will do just poorly/well as they have in the Big 12. In MBB and WBB they will do better. It is the Aggies illusions that will destroyed.
