    That was great. Those things might have been longer than the shorts we wore my sophomore season in high school. (1988-1989 for reference.) We had the hand-me-downs from the varsity team still from like 1985.

    Loved the guy who wanted to go shorter.

    My freshman year of high school was 93-94 and we still had some shorts like that left around for the Freshman and JV teams. They were like wearing underwear. Thank god I started playing varsity half way through my freshman year and never had to touch them ever again. Our junior high uni's were 10 times better than those old hand me downs from the late 80's.
