The media never jumps the gun, and they certainly dont run with stories and then slowly update things to keep the story in the spotlight.

The fact that he is still in school does not mean he hasn't declared for the draft. Unless you want to hurt your schools APR then he would still be enrolled for the spring semester. Just like Royce is still enrolled at ISU.
