Why is it only a crazy world when this happens to athletes. This type of thing happens everyday in many many cities around the world. The fact that this happened to some athletes doesn't make this a crazy world.

Slow down, I don't think he said anything about it only being a crazy world because it happened to athletes. The fact that innocent people standing outside a club, can be shot at, for seemingly no reason, is what makes it a crazy world.

The fact that they are athletes is probably the only reason we're hearing about the incident at all, though. That's the crazy part. That shootings are ho-hum enough events that we only take notice when people with notoriety are involved.
