Re: Food Service Manager Needed 80-120K
To clarify, does the 260 days refer to work week days, or does this person have much of the summer off like many other school related jobs? I assume it's week days (5 days x 52 Weeks = 260)

Re: Food Service Manager Needed 80-120K
I'd take it for $60,000 with no experience included.

I can't believe such a worthless job would pay so much.

Unless you work in this field you have no idea if this pay really reflects the market or not.

Without reading any of the info, I am qualified and will take the job as long as I can work from home.

This signature has received the stamp of disapproval from that one guy. -

Unless you work in this field you have no idea if this pay really reflects the market or not. I'd have to guess that your former statement is the most likely, and could be why Wisconsin is reevaluating their public sector.

That would be a very challenging and demanding job. And an important one. Making sure thousands of kids are fed properly every day, meeting all requirements and doing it on budget. BIG job.

If I knew how to manage the hustle and bustle of that kind of position I would apply in a heart beat. I have a friend who managed food service for the local university and she was crazy busy. Very early mornings and late nights. It takes a ton of planning and organization.
