    I'm neither an insurance guy nor a lawyer, but it sure sounds like the insurer has a good argument from a common-sense standpoint.

    This might be a poor analogy, but PSU not disclosing that they could have a huge-*** legal liability on their hands would be like me failing to tell my health insurance provider that I was obese, a heavy smoker, and drank a fifth of liquor a day and expected them to pay up when I had a coronary at 35. Right?
