Re: Vanderbilt just beat Missouri and Alabama is next for Missery
I still believe MU's jump to the SEC was a face saving device after spreading their legs to the BIG, only to find the BIG had already decided on uNl. Therefore, to keep up the talking point that they were still wanted, they dove head first into the toughest conference in the country. Talk about taking a corkscrew to a gun fight! Anyway, I wonder if any of the Leaders of the Jump figured on revenue, recruiting, and exposure loss with no bowl game this year and perhaps in future years?

Yes, it is a mistake due to loss of rivalries and additional travel to away games.
Otherwise, aren't you just slamming the Big XII? What are you suggesting would be Missouri's fate if they were still in the Big XII this year?
Yes. But the Big 12 ISNT the toughest conference this year either way. It WAS a huge mistake for Missery to leave and I gain energy from their tears. And Auburn tears.
This year it's SEC > PAC > B12 > [huge chasm] > B1G. I am fully willing to say Missery would be doing better here, but not MUCH better. However, nobody would be slamming their AD for making such a dumb decision. It's not "slamming" the Big12 when a middle-of-the-pack team leaves and slides to the bottom of the pack.
If OU left and took this kind of beating then, yes, it would look bad.

What are you smoking? Every conference rating out there has the Big 12 just ahead of the SEC and then a big drop to the PAC-12 followed by a huge drop to the B1G.
