Why does this matter? If Tulsa wins CUSA they go to the Liberty Bowl and face the SEC's 8th bowl bound team and will get rolled. They only have one other bowl, Dallas Bowl, against a BCS conference. Tulsa's six wins have come against opponents with a combined 9-24 record. It's only impressive win was a 27-26 victory over 4-2 Fresno State.
