"Under a show-cause order, any school that hired Tressel would have to present its case for why it needed to employ him, and would risk severe penalties if he were to commit any further infractions after that."
Based on this show-cause order I can't see Tressel being in play for any coaching job.

Was my first guess too, but Ohio University is not in Northwest Ohio. Toledo already left for their bowl game, so head coach Matt Campbell is most likely not the candidate. That most likely leaves Bowling Green head coach Dave Clawsen.
