Speed can kill in the snow, WV big
The only bigger turnoff than finding out a woman smokes, is finding out she's a Husker fan. -

If you're going to play in bad weather it might as well be closer to home and a lot more inexpensive.

No, I don't think every ball carrier has every cut planned out ahead of time, but they do know their general direction that they will be going or what they are thinking. They can set something up with a cut and they know when they are going to cut. The defense does not. It's no different in any other game, but when it's played in the snow, mistakes on defense are amplified when trying to react to the offense.
As for you not thinking the snow is a big advantage for the offense, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. But most national pundits talking about the game this morning had the same view point as I did regarding the snow favoring the offense.

So far it sure doesn't look like the snow has favored the offenses.

On paper the Pinstripe Bowl is a good idea. That's pretty much where the good things end, from a game perspective. Obviously it's an awesome location, but bowl games are supposed to be warm

Apparently, the weather did favor the dome team. Something did. This score sounds ugly.

I disagree on the location being good too. As you said on paper it is a great idea, but not for a Big 12 team. No recruiting ties, close to New Years so it is even more expensive, more than likely having bad weather. None of this sounds good at all.

This needs to be a Big East/ACC bowl game. I don't even know how the Big XII got involved. We seem like a terrible match.

Big XII needs to get rid of this bowl game... 0-3 is not a good record, especially against the Big East.

Re: View from Pinstripe Bowl 1 year later
The Big 10 wants to expand their brand into NYC, so they can play in this crappy bowl instead of the Big 12.
