Purple Kansas blew too many opportunities. They dominated for a good chunk of the first half, but just couldn't punch it in. Now they are in deep trouble.

Oregon's extra point is blocked and recovered by KSU outside the endzone. KSU then runs into the endzone and tries to lateral, resulting in a fumble. Fumble is recovered by KSU and tackled in the endzone by Oregon. By definition, that is a safety, but since it occurred on an extra point, it is only worth one.Quote:
