I was really hoping against the Thursday night game. Makes it hard to get there from out of state
The Athletic department would probably say we got a an extra game for free last year.......haha!

Wow. A Thursday night game against a 1-AA (or FCS) team? What's the point?
Bush League if it isn't for TV. (or Busch league or however you want to spell it. That goes to our University and AD for scheduling it and to our fans who won't show up that weekend because it is labor day weekend, and to our students who leave to go home after only 1 week of class.Quote:

I don't know anybody who would rather have that game on Thursday over Saturday.

If you do not like the Thursday game, email Pollard, He needs to hear from those of us that think it stinks.
The thought in the athletic office is that the Thursday night game is a big draw for families. I personally don't like them just like you guys but that's because you don't get the whole pre-game festivities and the atmosphere just isn't the same since most people are coming from work.
Let's hit JP with the CF email fest! The Thursday night game needs to stop.
