So, who is #2?
Georgia, Kansas, or WVU? How about Mizzou?
Georgia would get my vote.
Can we have a poll?

Re: So, who is #2?
Can't forget USC. I think they're playing the best ball...although each of those others could make a case.

Poll comes out soon. I hope you mean Oklahoma State, Oregon State, or anything other than Ohio State...

Poll comes out soon. I'd swap OSU with KU or perhaps Mizzou. Very unimpressive except for the 1st quarter. I think their 2nd "resurgence" was more of a fact of LSU thinking they had it won.

Poll comes out soon. How can KU be above Mizzou? I know, one loss, but it just isn't right.

Re: So, who is #2?
Georgia is the second best team in the nation, I am still not convinced they are not the best.
They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. - Benjamin Franklin 1775 -

Re: So, who is #2?
I would vote for USC at no.2.

Re: So, who is #2?
well since OSU lost to LSU tonight, and Indiana also beat OSU, id move OSU down pretty far. Then you got to take into consideration that Indiana lost to Iowa. Then earlier in the season, Iowa lost to our beloved Iowa State....... so that should make us the #2 team in the country. but if we are talking about the polls, thats a different story. with all the stupid politics involved in college sports rankings, USC is almost guaranteed the #2 spot since USC is in the top 10 almost every recent year. i mean come on, why else do you think OSU gets to play in the national championship the past 2 years and gets blown out when there are so many teams who deserves it more?

There are not many crowds or places in the country that have a better impact on the game than at Iowa State. The Cyclone fans are truly a sixth man. The place is so loud and always a fantastic crowd." - Former Kansas and current North Carolina head coach Roy Williams -
Re: So, who is #2?
This poll will match different parts of the country voters against each other. Normally the losing team is number two, but maybe that will not happen this year.

Illinois beat OSU....don't remember the score of Indiana/OSU, but I don't think it was real close.
