I never saw the problem with Cyclone Alley in the first place but that's just me.

I think the profanity cleaned up a little for the Missouri game. Even though the songs were still sung inappropriately, there was a lot less participation. However, what little progress we showed earlier in the week went out the window against Ok St., but it was an intense game and some of those calls didn't help matters...

I would say today was a definite regression... I haven't heard that much/that loud of swearing from CA in quite a while...

There seemed to be a lot of people making it a point to emphasize the swearing. Not surprising.

I normally get annoyed when fans complain about crowds, but I thought the crowd was pretty dead to start the game. Once we got those technicals, the fans pretty much took the gloves off. That was the loudest BS chant I've ever heard in person.

I agree there seemed to be more emphasis.

I'd say on a whole the crowd was rather vicious... I dunno if it was in response to the e-mail or the Technical fouls and other bad calls/missed calls... but there was a loooooot of angry yelling where I was (some of it was rather funny)
BTW 22 I tried to get the 3 blind ref's thing going but it didn't fly...

the only way they will change it will be to stop playing the songs that they are sung with.

I'm starting to make a point myself by singing the "I don't care" in Go Cyclones Go, and saying nothing after the five claps. I agree with mwitt though, those technicals were pretty frustrating, and I had to join the others in letting those refs know exactly how we felt.

The chant came through very clear when watching the game on ESPN360.
