It actually has to do with junior college wide receiver Carl Moore, from last fall.

I don't see what he did wrong here. No rules about talking to a recruits family, friends, lover, etc. just can't talk to the recruit during the dead period. Also no rule against letting another sport know you found them an athlete and getting said athlete a scholly.
