What's even worse is that hell that his wife and kids have been put through. Have you seen any of the articles about his kids being threatened in school? It's incredible.

Yeah, I saw something on CNNSI.com weeks ago about this. His kids were being threatened at school by other kids. His wife was being ridiculed when she left the house.

Hopefully they were able to get out of town at semester break and were able to start school again in Michigan.

Plus, there's people upset that Michigan took WVU's basketball coach last year, their football coach and now their soccer coach. Kinda funny.

Well, it's not like the basketball thing worked out for Michigan - so far.

The threats and heckling of family members just goes to show how dumb/insane people can be. I can understand fans for being upset - but it's done...nothing they do can or will change it.

Let it go...

Everything I've heard and read indicates that Rodriguez is a selfish, arrogant, me,me,me type of guy. While no one deserves to have their family heckled, money-wise I hope the guy has to pay every cent to WVU.

I have the same feelings of him - this whole thing stinks on both sides.

If some competing company offered me a ton of money to come work for them - I'd be gone. So I don't blame him or anyone else for that - most every person would leave their current jobs for another one of the same ilk - but with a much, much bigger paycheck.

However, I don't like how he's spurned WVU, "destroyed documents", etc.

I don't know the whole story on that, but it does kind of portray him in a bad way. I think both sides have handled it pretty bad.

I agree 100%. Reminds me of some of us pissing and moaning about an 18 year old changing his mind on where he is going to play football next Fall. It is okay to be upset but it's done. Move on.

And this is different than half the coaches in the country because??

I'm not an expert on sports, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night
