When people aren't held accountable for their actions, we do them a disfavor in life... Brings me back to some of the decisions Mac had to make with guys like Berryman, etc.
This is extremely over the top, but it's not like Mac didn't have guys get in trouble. I mean he let Berryman back on the team for goodness sake.
And that ultimately added to the list of things he was let go for. He staked his reputation on Jason, and Jason made yet another mistake. It hurt mac a lot.
